They just opened up a Rubio's on Monument Blvd. It's like Baja Fresh, only 100 times better.
If you need a menu suggestion, my family really loves the fish tacos (most people I know do), but I really dig the chicken tacos. Get the pinto beans and chips, too.
Yum.

Thanks for the suggestion.. so yummy. We will definitely be hitting their Tuesday Fish Taco night on a regular basis (and we don't even like fish!)
