Discovery Kingdom

We had a great day at Discovery Kingdom with the Berrett's. I learned that this is an amazing place for kids and I also learned that I am getting old. When I was young, I could run from roller coaster to roller coaster, not a speck of nausea from the thrill, but I could hardly stomach the few rides we went on. I don't like this getting old stuff. And I am not really THAT old either, for heavens sake!! Anyways, it was a good time all around, the kids had a great day, the weather was perfect, and the adults got some big kid ride time in. It was nice to get out and enjoy the day with friends, thank you Laura and Nate!

Gearing up for the ride. This is one of those typical amusement park rides, they have a similar one at Lagoon that sprays water up at you. It is pretty scream-worthy.
