Matt and I love the restaurant Johnny Carinos. Our favorite dish there (and also the fav of some of my Jelly Belly buddies) is their Penne Gorgonzola pasta. I found a website that has a copycat version of this recipe. I tried it and it is not bad!! You may have to add sauteed mushrooms to get the full effect, but it was still rather enjoyable as is.
